Permanent job of Business Development Executive (IT),

Job Context:

Riseup Labs is looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of the company. You will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Setting up meetings with the prospective KPO (Software Development Companies + Game Development Studios) clients for IT staff augmentation / Hire services.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales appointment setting targets with new clients based on our services (IT Staff Augmentation, Project Outsourcing).
  • Researching KPO (Software Development Companies + Game Development Studios) prospects and generating leads as per our database.
  • Researching BPO prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting and maintaining network with potential KPO clients on LinkedIn, email and Skype.
  • Conduct interview sessions with the client and candidates.
  • Handling client inquiries and complaints.
  • Sales pitching to international software development companies and game development studios.
  • Maintaining our CRM and follow-up on a daily-basis.
  • Have technical knowledge to convince KPO (Software Development Companies + Game Development Studios)
  • Have technical knowledge to convince BPO clients.
  • Attending international events and exhibitions, industry conferences.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) major in Marketing or graduate in CSE (IT background will get preference).

Additional Requirements:

  • 1- 3 years of full-time work experience directly related to developing technical and/or software product information.
  • International sales experience in staff augmentation services is a plus.
  • Having good English communication skills is a must.
  • Must have experience in setting up appointments with international clients
  • Must have good presentation Skills
  • Strong networking skills is a must.
  • Must have international BPO sales experience.

Workplace: 

  • Onsite (Work from office)

Working Hours:

  • 12:30 Pm to 9:30 PM
