Services Price catalogue can be provided by Techntalents representative. Job posting service price and other prices are subject to change/updated half-yearly and yearly basis. However, Techntalents may offer discounts and promotional prices any time or any customer (s) at their own discretion.

Job Seekers Profile View

Techntalents is an ICT and Telecom related job placement platform. Job seekers creates and manage their user account in Techntalents. Techntalents reserves the right to display job seekers basic information such as name, skills and years of experience on the home page or other pages to express the nature of services and promote to the potential employers.

By creating an account in Techntalents, you, as a job seekers permitting us to use your basic information including your photo on Techntalents website. Techntalents will not disclose or share your contact information (phone number, email address etc.) with employer or any other parties unless you apply for a job posted at Techntalents. See more in the “Use of Information” clause.

Job Posting and Job Description

We strongly recommend to maintain followings during job posting at Techntalents.

• Techntalents will not be liable for copyright violation of any content, information to be collected, copied and pasted in the job description from unauthorized sources.
• Any contact information such as email address, phone numbers and any content / sentence / words that expresses indecency, dominating, vulgar or sounds inappropriate language in the job description, will be omitted or edited and the job might be hold or rejected from publishing at Techntalents website.
• Job description published in Tehntalents website is provided by employers. Organizations are solely responsible for the contents of job description, recruitment process and their associated information published in Tehntalents.
• o Download and Use the standard JD (Job Description) template available in “Post Jobs” page and in the “Dashboard” page.
• o Techntalents reserves its right to reject any inappropriate insertion or information/data provided by the user without assigning any reason.

Employer – Job Seekers Monetary Transaction

Job vacancy information including job description published in Techntalents website is provided by the employers. In usual practice employers are prohibited from asking any payment (cash or other forms) from job seekers. In the event, if an employer ask or demand money from job seekers during the job is live or later period, Techntalents, by any means, will not be held responsible for any such transactions between Employers and Job seekers. Techntalents also will not be liable for any false or incomplete information exchange between employer and job seekers (if any).

Organization Name, Logo and Content

Techntalents is an ICT and Telecom related job placement platform. Organizations creates and manage their account in Techntalents. Techntalents reserves the right to display employer’s name, company logo and limited contents at the Home page, MyITCareer page or other pages to express the nature of services and promote to the potential job seekers.

By creating a company account in Techntalents, you as an employer permitting us to use (e.g. display, share) your company name, logo and some contents on Techntalents website and social media sites. Techntalents will not disclose or share your contact information (phone number, email address etc.) with job seekers or any other parties unless, otherwise required subject to the prior consent of your organization. See more in the “Use of Information” clause.

As an employer you understand and agree that to promote posted jobs in website or in any social media, irrespective of paid services (such as Featured Job) or part of company’s proactive campaign, Techntalents may share employer’s name logo, job information and other limited contents, partially. However, any such campaign or promotion will not guarantee the expected response or result against posted jobs.

Gender, Race Discrimination

Techntalents is respectful to the equal job opportunity for men, women and other genders and follows policies, laws and practice of Bangladesh as well as international guidelines and laws. Employer Organization registered in Techntalents are expected to abide by national and Intl’ laws, policies, guideline and practices to avoid gender and race related discrimination issues and will not display/share any conflicting contents in posted jobs as well as in their Techntalents pages.

Use of Information

For registration as an employer or job seeker at Techntalents, you will provide certain information such as your valid email address and phone number. You understand and agree that Techntalents may disclose to third parties, certain aggregate information contained in your registration application, related to registration and use the website. Techntalents will not disclose your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number to any third party without your prior consent, except to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. Limitation of Liabilities

Techntalents will not be held liable for loss, missing or damage of any data, information provided by users (employers or job seekers) due to reasons beyond its control like delay or failure to perform or corruption of data or any causes or conditions that are beyond Techntalents such as strikes, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, war, natural calamities or tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers.
