Brief for the job:

Brotecs Technologies Limited is looking for a skilled UI/UX/Webpage Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll create engaging graphics and user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms. Key responsibilities include developing graphics and interfaces, managing client projects, and handling in-house design content. We value creative, self-motivated individuals who excel at prioritizing tasks and delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, developers & software engineers
  • Translate user requirements into elegant UI and intuitive UX designs
  • Design user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile apps
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups
  • Create style guides, design systems, and UI elements
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

  • Match system features with project needs.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Balsamiq.
  • Understand modern UI trends, typography, color, and layout.
  • Know UI/UX principles, focusing on ease of use and accessibility.
  • Handle multiple projects with great attention to detail.
  • Creative with strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development.
  • Create graphics, UI mockups, wireframes, and detailed prototypes.
  • Build responsive websites and accurately replicate design elements.
  • Develop and maintain style guides for both mobile and desktop.
  • Spot and fix UX issues, and test designs with users.
  • Promote a user-focused design approach and guide the team clearly.
  • Show expertise in UI/UX through discussions and practical work.
  • Work well both independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
