Responsibilities & Context

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into user-centered designs.
  • Conduct user research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing) to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and/or mobile applications.
  • Create and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all products.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively.
  • Participate in the design review process and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure designs are optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
  • Maintain a strong focus on user experience (UX) principles in all aspects of design.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age at least 30 years
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer.
  • Proven track record of designing and developing successful user interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.
  • Proven track record on Branding and Digital Marketing content development for any business.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.

Experience Requirement:

  • At least 5 Years experience along with leading a team.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer.
  • Mobile APP UI/UX Design, Website GUI Design, Branding and Marketing Content Design is mandatory.
