Spectrum Software & Consulting Ltd. (SSCL) is seeking aCreative Designer (AI-driven) who blends design creativity with the power of AI tools to craft engaging digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both UI/UX design and AI-powered video creation, bringing fresh ideas to life through intelligent design automation and storytelling.

You will design intuitive interfaces, create impactful videos, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define how SSCL’s brand is experienced visually across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and enhance user interfaces, visual assets, and digital experiences
  • Create and edit diverse video content for branding, marketing, and corporate campaigns
  • Utilize AI-powered tools for faster, smarter design and video production
  • Produce faceless explainers, promotional clips, and thought-leadership videos aligned with SSCL’s brand tone
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and quality
  • Stay ahead of trends in AI-driven design and video editing to continuously improve storytelling impact

Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of UI/UX principles and design fundamentals
  • Proven skills or portfolio in video editing and visual storytelling
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design and video tools
  • Strong understanding of color grading, motion graphics, and sound design
  • Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Additonal Criteria 

  • Experience in video shooting or production
  • Familiarity with front-end design (HTML, CSS)
  • Interest in generative AI and automation tools for creative workflows
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both design aesthetics and storytelling skills
