Job Responsibilities & Context

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow our company’s presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor social media trends and optimize content accordingly. Deep Knowledge about Reddit & Quora marketing.
  • Marketing Our Services across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube).
  • Manage and grow all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Client Hunting & Business Development:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold emails, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and convert leads into paying customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to create client proposals and pitch decks.
  • Maintain and update client databases.
  • Presentation & Report Creation:
  • Design professional PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, pitches, and company reports.
  • Present data and strategies in a clear and visually appealing manner.

Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor in any field (passed or running)  
  • Prior experience in an IT company or digital marketing agency.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing strategies.
  • Strong copywriting skills for engaging ad company 
  • Experience in Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup
