Role Overview

We have two flagship digital service solutions; A market intelligence platform helping businesses understand customer behavior, monitor competition, and optimize strategies. A digital transformation platform enabling businesses to sell online across social media, web shops, and marketplaces. As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a vital role in empowering businesses to grow digitally using the these two platforms. You will manage client relationships, resolve inquiries, and support sales through social media and digital tools. This is a great opportunity to build experience in customer service, client management. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Response to customers online to their queries like sales inquiries, new order, service issues
  • Monitor customer orders within the internal team and delivery channels, track deliveries for timely delivery and returns.
  • Support businesses in increasing sales through social media platforms.
  • Engage in client relationship management and maintain long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Assist / Train to new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to the Customer Service Team
  • Provide prompt and exceptional customer service to support digital growth.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries through the Online platform
  • Conduct service reviews with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction

Skills Requirements 

  • Basic knowledge on customer service, knowing CRM system will be added advantage
  • Strong communication skills in both Bengali and English.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently. 
  • Polite, energetic, confident, and able to handle challenges professionally.
