Position Summary:

As a Trainee Sales Engineer, you will be part of a sales team and support the sales process by providing technical expertise and solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities:

        Learn about the company's products, services, and industry to develop a solid understanding of the value proposition and technical aspects.

        Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify sales leads, prospects, and potential customers.

        Assist in delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities to showcase the features and benefits of the company's solutions.

        Conduct research and analysis to understand customer needs, requirements, and challenges.

        Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals based on customer requirements.

        Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, and resolving technical issues.

        Assist in preparing and delivering technical documentation, proposals, and quotations to customers.

        Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer support, to ensure customer needs are met and issues are addressed.

        Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to the company's products and solutions.

        Actively participate in sales meetings, training programs, and workshops to enhance technical and sales skills.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

        Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with a related knowledge in technical field.

        Strong technical aptitude and interest in understanding complex technical solutions.

        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.

        Ability to grasp and explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

        Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

        Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced sales environment.

        Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

        Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Preferred Qualifications:

        Previous experience or internships in sales, customer support, or technical roles.

        Familiarity with sales processes, CRM tools, and sales methodologies.

        Knowledge of specific technical domains or industries relevant to the company's products.

        Experience with delivering technical presentations or demonstrations.

        Understanding of competitive landscapes and market trends.

        Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

        Additional language proficiency, particularly in languages relevant to the company's target markets.
