One of the fast-growing Platform-based HR and Staffing (IT) Company Techntalents is looking for Jr. HR Executive (Recruitment) to join their team. This role will be responsible for sourcing of potential tech-professional candidates for hiring and job placement along with following duties and responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Search, Find and short-list potential job seekers / candidates for different job vacancies

·         Analyze and record job seekers of different skills, experiences and demography groups

·         Engage in end-to-end recruitment process from job requirement to hiring for various jobs

·         Engage in talent sourcing, acquisition, assessment, recruitment and job placement

·         Collect, verify, organize and record data/information from external sources into database

·         Attentive about current trends of Information Technology industry, digital agenda

·         Attentive to IT related jobs, technology skill, talents, training, tech career trends

·         Gather information and knowledge on career, jobs, technology skills, recruitment 

·         Communicate (email, calls, social media) with potential IT Professionals and job seekers

·         Explain and demonstrate marketing ideas/plan/proposal to management and team

·         Engage in various business development / promotional activities as assigned by company

Qualifications and other criteria:

·         Graduated in CSE or BBA with major in HR preferable, Diploma/Equivalent in HRM

·         Know-how about ICT, Software, Hardware, ITES, BPO industry of Bangladesh

·         Dedication, integrity, ownership and commitment to perform and deliver tasks

·         Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet Browsing and Search

·         Positive attitudes and mindset to work in team and in a technology startup environment

·         Must be fluent both in English and Bengali (smart verbal and writing communication) 

·         0-1 years of experience in IT/Software /Training/Sales/business development/marketing

·         Age limit 22 to 30 years, Males and females both can apply
