One of the fast-growing Tech-based ICT Job placement service company is looking young, dynamic individuals male/female for Sales Executive (Software Service) job role to join their sales team. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Attentive about current trends of IT jobs, skill, talents, scopes in the IT industry

·       Gather information and knowledge on career, jobs, technology skills, recruitment 

·       Analyze potential customer groups to sell recruitment and HR related online services

·       Collect, gather, verify and organize data/ information from external sources in tools/XL

·       Explain and demonstrate marketing ideas/plan/proposal to management and team

·       Engage in various business development / promotional activities as assigned by company

·       Communicate (email, calls and in–person) with potential customers for sales

·      Maintain communication with management and team members cohesively

·       Must be willing to carry sales target/quota and perform attainment by driving sales

Add Responsibilities and Qualifications: 

·       Must be fluent both in English and Bengali (smart verbal and writing communication) 

·       Dedication, integrity, ownership and commitment to perform and deliver tasks

·        Graduate in any discipline, HR / CSE / BBA / marketing major will be preferred

·        Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet Browsing, social media and Search

·       1 to 2 years of experience in IT/Software /Tech Training sales/business development/marketing, 

·       Good knowledge about ICT, Software, Hardware, ITES, e-Commerce industry of Bangladesh

·        Positive attitudes and mindset to work in team and in a technology startup environment 

Salary and Benefits:  Fixed salary and sales commission

Workplace: Hybrid - Work at office and work from home
