About the Job Post:
Genuity Systems is looking for some competent Call center executive (Agent) to support international client. An excellent call center executive must have English speaking skills with standard pronunciation.

Job Description/Responsibility:

• To support international clients.
• To handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• To maintain proper documentation and report accordingly. 

Experience Requirements:
• Candidates who have experience working in an international Call Center will get priority.
• Should have flexibility on working in different shifts
• Must be fluent in Spoken English with standard pronunciation.
• Candidates from English medium will get high priority.
• Should have excellent communication skill with Customer service etiquette.
• Candidate should have sound knowledge of basic computer programs. 

Educational Qualification: O/A Level, Graduate (If you have English speaking skills)
Job Location: Bangladesh Office (Dhaka).
Salary: You have an opportunity to earn 25000 Taka in a month.
