We are InNeed Intelligent Cloud, an advanced IT consulting and service provider specializing in Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning, AI, Robotics, and more. We are seeking applications for an IT Business Analyst (Intern) position to join our team and take on new challenges. The candidate we seek will analyze complex problems, design IT solutions, and drive process improvement. Contribute to and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Work cross-functionally: gather requirements, build specs, and deliver projects on time and budget. Track, report, and resolve issues. Communicate effectively: convey insights and plans to the team & management through meetings and presentations, and document results.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in MIS, CSE, BBA, or similar.
  • Excellent in interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration, with confidence in presenting to clients.
  • Proficiency in Office applications and UML diagrams.
  • Familiarity with BRDs, SRS, etc., and expertise in general documentation.
  • Proficient in analysis and problem-solving.
  • Prioritization, organization, and business understanding.
  • Willingness to travel, do sales/ sales pitches, and possess a business mindset.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
