Brief of the job:

Techntalents is a fast-growing ICT Job recruitment platform, looking for Digital Marketing Executive to develop and perform digital marketing activities on online platforms to promote the programs and company branding.  

 Duties and Responsibilities and Qualifications:

 ·         Attentive to current trends of IT jobs, skill, talents

·         Gather information and knowledge on career, jobs, technology skills, recruitment etc.

·         Identify and Analyze potential user groups (customer, employers and It professionals) to promote Techntalents services

·         Web-based online marketing of Techntalents services to generate prospective leads

·         Explain and demonstrate digital marketing ideas/plan/roadmap to management and team

·         Formulate strategies to build a long-lasting connection on Digital Platform with users

·         Communicate (via email and messengers) to response and interact with users on Social Media

·         Engage in various business development / promotional online programs/activities of company  

·         Be able in Data Analysis, content creation, SEO, SEM and social media marketing

·         Must be fluent both in English and Bengali (smart verbal and writing communication) 

·         Dedication, integrity, ownership and commitment to perform and deliver tasks

·         Skills in Microsoft Office Applications, Basic of Graphics Design tools, Email Comm.

·         Positive attitudes and mindset to work in team and in a technology startup environment

 

Additional Requirements:

Ø  Graduates (or in Final year/Semester) in any discipline, but BBA / marketing / HR / CSE preferable

Ø  Prefer 6-12 months of experience and should enthusiastic in learning and innovation

Ø  Willing to take achievable goals to perform and attain thru Digital Marketing activities  

Ø  Knowledge about ICT, Software, Hardware, e-Commerce, BPO industry of Bangladesh

Ø  Creative thinking, analytical ability, calculative, detail-oriented and have “Can Do” attitude.  

   Ø  Age limit: 22 to 30 years, Males and females both can apply

   Ø  Salary & Benefits: Negotiable
