Permanent job of Jr. HR Executive (Recruitment),

One of the fast-growing Platform-based HR and job placement (IT) Company Techntalents is looking for Jr. HR Executive (Recruitment) to join their team. This role will be responsible for sourcing and growing of IT professionals by performing following duties and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Search/Find and short-list job seekers for job vacancies from database/sources

·        Engage and collaborate with seniors and team in various recruitment process

·        Collect, verify, organize and record data/information into digital databases

·        Data management in on Software Application and Microsoft Excel

·        Capture information from PDF/DOC or paper formats and transfers into templates.

·        Info / Data collection from different website or sources and entry in given template

·        Contact (phone calls/messaging/email) with external users

·        Schedule Interviews with candidates for various job Interviews

·       Assist and Support to Sales/Marketing and Recruitment team 

·        Engage in various business development works, promotional activities/events

Qualifications and other criteria:

·       Min. HSC and 3rd / 4th year in graduation or graduated preferably in Computer Science or BBA with major Human Resource 

          Eager to continuously learn and gather knowledge on career, jobs, skills and technology 

·        Attentive to IT related jobs, technology skill, talents, training, tech career trends etc.

·        Know-how about ICT, Software, Hardware, ITES, BPO, ISP industry of Bangladesh

·        Dedication, integrity, ownership and commitment to perform and deliver tasks

·        Positive attitudes and mindset to work in team and in a startup environment

·        Fluency in both English and Bengali (smart verbal and writing communication) 

·    0-1 years of experience preferable, For fresher preference will be who are passionate to learn
