 Responsibilities:  
  • Develop various software writing well designed, testable and efficient codes
  • R&D and innovation with new tools and technologies.  
  • Maintain necessary documentation in accordance with QMS standard set by the Company  
  • Perform as a team member on an Agile team focused on software development and support, 
  • Working in Agile Framework environment.  
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management to achieve organizational goals.
  • Participating in peer code reviews to improve the quality of code written by other team members 
  • Creating new applications or updating existing applications based on user requirements 
  • Communicating with clients and other team members about project status and issues that arise 
  • Creating prototypes of new technologies and features for potential incorporation into future products 
  • Debugging computer code to fix errors and improve performance 
  • Testing software for bugs or other issues that may affect functionality or the user experience 
  • Reviewing documentation about new technology releases or product updates to ensure
  • understanding of how the new system works 
  • Conducting research on new technologies and techniques to identify opportunities for improvement 
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and formulate solutions 
Educational Requirements: 
  •  Minimum B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from any reputed university.  
  • Experience Requirements: Fresher
Additional Job Requirements: 
  • Software development experience in .net, Java, Database etc 
  • Required knowledge on HTML 5, CSS 3, Scripting language [jquery, angular js]. 
  • Required knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL Queries  
  • Knowledge on Reporting Technology. 
  • Experience in developing web forms. 
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills both English and Bangla 
  • Analytical ability on Business and Technical issues
