a strong passion for creating exceptional user experiences, writing clean and
efficient code, as well as a deep understanding of accounting principles and
software.
Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the global team, producing project work plans and analyzing the efficiency and feasibility of project operations while leveraging the global technology stack and making localized Improvements.
● Write clean, reusable, testable, secure, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
● Develop and maintain the ERP system, specifically the accounts module.
● Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and security.
● Continuously enhance software architecture and propose innovative solutions to improve system performance and scalability.
● Strong understanding of Object-Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
● Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within I’m defined timelines and quality standards.
Experience Requirements:
● Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in a software development environment with experience in developing web applications using Laravel, React, and MySQL.
● Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable back-end systems to handle data processing, API integrations, business logic, and financial data.
● Experience in developing responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and related technologies to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Additional Requirements:

● Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum.
● Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience working with Gitlab, GitHub.
● Solid understanding of API design and development, including RESTful APIs.
● Knowledge of Python and related frameworks like Django is a plus.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
● Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
● A passion for continuous learning, staying updated with emerging
technologies, and contributing to a culture of innovation.
● Must be able to work within the deadline.
● Strong technical and business communication skills. Fluency in writing and speaking in English is preferred.
Compensation & Other Benefits
● Salary range:BDT. 35,000-45,000/=
● Weekly two holidays: Friday & Saturday
