Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Call Centre Executive to join our team. The Call Centre Executive will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, be a good listener, and possess a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone or email.

  • Professionally handling customer complaints.

  • Providing customers with product and service information.

  • Processing orders, forms, and applications. Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department.

  • Following up with customers on their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

  • Outbound and inbound calls.

  • Sales generate.

  • Fluency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
