About the Organization:

Spectrum Software & Consulting Ltd. (SSCL) is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (Software Outsourcing) to spearhead our international business expansion. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, entrepreneurial, and ready to kickstart SSCL’s global outsourcing initiative. You will identify and engage clients in developed markets, position SSCL as their trusted software development partner, and drive sustainable business growth.

You will play a pivotal role in researching, prospecting, and nurturing leads through digital channels while collaborating with technical and marketing teams to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify and approach potential clients in key international markets (North America, Europe, Australia, etc.)
    • Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, phone outreach, and online channels
    • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to C-level executives and decision-makers
    • Collaborate with digital marketing to execute campaigns, content, and social media strategies that generate inbound leads
    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward monthly and quarterly targets
    • Research target industries to understand client pain points and tailor SSCL’s software development offerings accordingly
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue objectives
    • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new growth opportunities
    • Explore and leverage AI tools, CRM systems, and market automation platforms to optimize business development activities

      Skill and Experience Requirements:

        • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
        • Proven experience in B2B business development, preferably in software outsourcing or IT services
        • Strong presentation, negotiation, and proposal writing abilities
        • Sound understanding of software development processes and technology trends
        • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
        • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and online lead generation platforms
        • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
        • Candidates with a Computer Science background and strong sales experience are also encouraged to apply

          Additional Requirement:

          • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
          • Familiarity with global IT outsourcing markets and buyer behavior
          • Experience working with international clients or cross-cultural communication
          • Skilled in using AI tools for research, outreach, and workflow automation
